Required Didactics

1. Noon report.... can change "presented by ward senior," to "presented by interns and residents, moderated by faculty."
2. Grand Rounds- change from "first Tuesday of every month" to "second Tuesday of every month"
3. Patient Safety/QI meeting change to "quarterly"
4. Journal Club
   Fourth Monday of every month noon - 1 p.m.
5. M & M
   Third Monday of every month  noon - 1 p.m.
   
   

Academic Half-Day Structure

Each academic half-day will preferably be spent deep-diving in one major concept/content (e.g. heart failure).

The content of learning will be structured in different modes of delivery and learning techniques.

Noon - 12:30 p.m.	Lunch
12:30 - 1:10 p.m.	Lecture
1:10 - 1:50 p.m.	Workshop 1 (small round table groups)
1:50 - 2:00 p.m.	Break
2:00 - 3:00 p.m.	Workshop 2
3:00 - 3:10 p.m.	Break
3:10 - 3:50 p.m.	Jeopardy/Board Review questions/modules.
3:50 - 4:00 p.m.	Feedback
