Research Contracts and Agreements (RCA) coordinates and assists research staff with non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, industry-sponsored clinical trial agreements, and material transfer agreements. RCA reviews and prepares research agreements for execution on behalf of the institution and negotiates directly with sponsors. The office works to support researchers as efficiently as possible while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements.
