Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellowship
TTUHSC EP has a one-year, full-time (40 hours per week) psychology post-doctoral fellowship position. As an academic health institution, services are provided to a diverse population for a large range of issues to children, adolescents, and adults. The fellow will primarily provide adult outpatient mental health services to a diverse population. Based on availability and interest, the fellow may engage in supervision of psychiatry residents, providing telehealth services to children and adolescent, department trainings and didactics, outreach, consultation, and research throughout the fellowship year. Opportunities to provide clinical services in Spanish are available, as well as receiving supervision in Spanish. The fellow will have multiple opportunities for professional development, such as: multidisciplinary didactics, grand rounds, and other seminars, webinars, and workshops hosted on the academic medical center campus.
Admissions Requirements
Applicants to the program must have completed a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling
psychology from a university-based program (PhD or PsyD) accredited by the American
Psychological Association (APA) or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and
finished a one-year pre-doctoral internship that is APA-accredited or its substantial
equivalent.
